RouKey is an AI model routing platform that provides intelligent request routing, automatic failover, and comprehensive analytics for AI applications.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person or organization
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Abuse the service or use it in ways that harm our infrastructure
• Use the service to compete with RouKey
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you process through RouKey. We do not monitor or control the content but reserve the right to investigate reported violations.

8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party AI model failures or limitations
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You may delete your account and data

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination for serious violations

Effect of Termination

• Access to the service will be revoked
• Data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period
• Outstanding fees remain due

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Website announcements

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RouKey will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

You and RouKey agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action. The arbitration will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, and will be conducted in English.
